Anyone close to my area
I noticed a couple of Cucumber Beetles while in the patch last night so I decided I would get up early this mourning and hit the patch with some Warrior T and some Fungicide. Swarms of Cucumber Beetles came in overnight like a swarm of hungry Locusts! There were thousands of them everywhere, eating everything - beans, pumpkins, cucumbers, watermelon, Okra, Elderberry, and even my Grape vine leafs! If I had waited till this evening when I got home from work the damage would have been devastating. I went to town with the sprayer.
I thought this might be isolated to my yard. It has been two weeks since I last sprayed. I got to work which is about 6 miles away and discovered hundreds of dead cucumber beatles that were killed by an outside light during the night.
P.S. - The moral is, If you see one Cucumber Beetle --PANIC !!!!!!!!!
