Big Butt

My Cox 1048 appears to be a bit bottom heavy as the blossom end is larger than the stem side.  Will the shoulders usually fill in later on or is this lady destined to be a fat bottomed girl.   I also have a Ciliberto 983 which is a bit on the short side but very round and a creamy white color.  Is there anyone else growing these with similar traits.
