Too much Fertilizer?

Hi List,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to over fertilize my
pumpkin plants? My plants just started to vine last
week (I got a late start) and small pumpkins have begun
to form. I've been using miracle grow about once a week
and just switched to a tomato fertilizer (18-18-21) this
week.

Also, is there a best time of day to water/fertilize?

Thanks,
Mike in Colorado
