Est Final Weight - Does it work in SE MN? Past Data does not lie.....

Howdy!
I was curious about Al's formula and gave it a try on past years:
401 Bhaskaran 99  - Given this point in time Aug 14th....380.5lbs...pretty
close.
656 Bhaskaran 00  - Given this point in time Aug 14th....649 lbs....only 7
lbs off!!!

So given that this formula appears to work in SE MN, and I do use the OTT
method daily on the pumpkins...I can go back 4 days and get an average...
Here would be the top 4 for this year....
400 Reynolds - day 43 - 470lbs(current) + 13.75lbs/day * 1/2 * 37 days = 724
lbs.
760 Patrick    - day 39 - 398lbs  + 12.25lbs/day * 1/2 * 37 days             
= 624lbs.
910 Stellpflug  - day 49 - 442lbs  +  6.75lbs/day * 1/2 * 37 days (my sons) =
566lbs.
850 Wallace   - day 40 - 315lbs  + 13.00 lbs/day * 1/2 * 37 days            =
555lbs.

The BAD NEWS....my 656 Bhaskaran I was growing this year split on Aug 1st at
525 lbs....according to Al....I would have had a 968 lber!   Arrgh!  ;-)
