Who was it that had an estimator for how large your pumpkin would grow?
It
seemed to work pretty well on my pumpkins looking back, but I would be
interested in looking forward this year. I wouldn't know where to start
looking in the archives.

Group--For several years I have kept OTT inches on numerous AGs and
have
the average for my top fruit which I find very useful to compare new AGs
to
each year.

The following were the averages for my top nine which averaged about 900
pounds at weigh-off time.

Aug 2--234 inches OTT
Aug 6--258 inches OTT

I measure only each 4 days and then use the latest Stellpflug tables to
get
my average pounds/day.

This just means to me that if I have a new fruit near the above figures
it
is on track to a possible 900 pounder.Of course we all know most fall of
the
track but it is fun to look ahead anyway.

I have other similar figures right through to Oct 1 but I will only
display
them if I find that there is any interest. To me such info. is very
important
but I don't know if anyone else really cares. If you are interested
please
let me know.--AE
