RE: roundup and morning glory

Round-up pro in for home use and is actually the weakest. Round-up ultra
was the strongest and it has a built in sticker. But this year they came
out with yet another. I work in this field and believe 2-4-D will
control Morning-glory. I will find out Monday from one of the advisers
what will work best if sprayed this fall to control weeds next season. I
plan on using Round-up ultra and Surflan. Surflan is a sterilizer and
prevents the seeds from sprouting so after germination your pumpkins
should show no ill effect

Not positive but I think Triox stays in the soil for a longer period of
time which may not be a good thing.
I believe Round Up makes three different strength's with Round Up Pro
being the strongest. Follow up applications may still be necessary on
problem
weeds.
