FW: Billing Number 1028123297

Hello List

I know almost all of you know this guy and up until now I have always
respected him, but blow is the response I got after the third email I
sent him inquiring on were the product I ordered from him was. For all I
knew they were in short supply and there was a delay and I would have
been very happy with that response or any response would have been
better than none. I sent an email to him this morning and below is his
email response to me. No I am sorry for the delay, No you should have it
any day now. Basically all I get is a shut the hell up you'll get it
when it comes. His add says if ordering just a tape 3 to 5 days shipping
I ordered it on July 30th waited until the 7th of Aug. before I sent an
enquiry (no response) and again today. I am the consumer not the
merchant it is not my responsibility to keep track of the merchants
shipping and fallow ups. I also deserve to be respected as a consumer.
Maybe I went about it the wrong way you be the judge the last of 3
emails and the only that was a bit forward is on the bottom of this
email. I hope I just caught Don on a bad day and he doesn't treat all
his costumers like this. This is pumpkin related because we should all
look out for one and other as consumers. His statement that I should get
a grip on myself left me thinking I would rather get a grip on my tape
as it has been 13 days with no luck. You catch more flies with honey Don

Get a grip on yourself.
Your tape measure was shipped the day I received the order. If you have
a 
gripe, you're talking to the wrong person. Send you emails to the USPS.

If you don't receive it by Thursday, email me back and I will send you 
another. It's only $10 - really nothing anyone should get upset about.

Ok again I have to ask where is my tape you took the money from my AmEXP
last Tuesday it's 7 days later and still no tape I have written you
twice both nice emails asking where the tape was? You never even
bothered to respond. If it doesn't come today I guess I will have to
share how I am being ignored with the Marlon pumpkin list. I don't like
doing business like this but you leave me no choice. I also am a fan of
your and have both pumpkin books 1 and 2 I hope there just has been some
mix  and you email me to let me know
