Not a suprise with regular USPS mail. I would assume that since Don sells
lots of books that it was also sent Media rate which takes a few extra days
on top of regular USPS since it has to go to Michigan Distribution first.
Coulda been lost also...... Dennis, you ought to just chill a little.....it
isnt a big thing. Not that you were wrong in your pursuit of an answer... I
have been much more pushy than you were before:-) As busy as Don is, he
probably had a bad day. That is probably a good place to leave this one.
Nothing hurt, he will make it right with you.
