Nick Welty/C. Welty? RE: VegNet Site at Ohio State, SVB vs Wilt, etc

Is Nick Welty related to C. Welty? If so, the VegNet page is down; whoever
wrote it uploaded the index page as index,html instead of index.html (a
comma instead of a period.)

While on the subject, it took some digging thru the folders but there are
comparison pics of "How to Distinguish Between Symptoms of Squash Vine Borer
versus Bacterial Wilt" at this url:

There are other links from that page to Powdery Mildew, Fusarium, Watermelon
