Southern California Growers association

Hi     everyone

I'm new to this fun sport of giant pumpkin growing and was just wondering
where the closest weighoffs would be for myself a person from southern
california...to be more specific from Orange County california , home of
the happiest place on earth (Disneyland)...at least thats what i've been
told....  Does anyone know of any and maybe the dates.?     I  think this
pumpkin association is awesome with the great sharing of information.
