Assuming you don't have pollination problems, is sounds like the plant is
choosing which pumpkin it will grow. It is rare that an AG will
successfully grow two or more pumpkins on the same vine at the same time.
If the remaining pumpkin is the largest, and is still growing, then you
shouldn't have any problems.

okAY ALL ! I had tyhis lil pumpkin never get bigger
than a softball then it perished :( well now across
the same vine I have this PUMPKIN growing that is
watermelon size and it is turning white and getting
soft and has some dark spots. .......so OBVIUOSLY it
is dying as well. further out on the same vine I have
a HUge on (by my standards) growing .......well, is it
going to die too? What can I do to save Hugo? any
advice would be great ! Thanks Alex
