Make sure you weigh her. We all hate to see a good pumpkin go down. Here's
wishing you CA's first 1000 pounder, official or not.
You need to write to the authors of "1001 uses for Duct Tape" and tell them
we have one they didn't think of.

I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the well-wishers
on the list who emailed me regarding GE's split. Thanks for
your kind thoughts...
Geneva Electric don't care about splits or weigh-off rules -
she just keeps on growing... she gained 32 pounds last night
and broke 900 pounds. She wants to be California's first 1,000
pounder, official or not. At the rate she's going she'll be
there by labor day.
The split is now twice as large. I'm holding her together with
duct tape and chewing gum. We'll see how far she can go....
