Joe,
            I am an urban grower and use city water all of the time when I
water , I have produced a  933 and a 895 lb pumpkins. I believe your soil
has alot more to do with it then your water supply, these pumpkins were
produced with a unproven seed .  Good Luck the rest of the year !
