Re: pumpkins DIGEST V1 #78

We have terrible well water, and we are farmers, and our crops and pumpkins
and even Atlantic Giants grow with it. Funny, we are getting ready to
mortgage the farm to be able to buy a city water hookup ($40,000 for the hookup,
$20,000 to bring the pipe down the road). Our neighbors have city water and all
goes well (excuse the pun) with their crops as well. Please, let's not blame
the water.

How do children grow who drink city water? I would be more worried about
them.

Let's hope for some warm weather,
Eda
