I cant say for sure, but I suppose since some plant genetics allow for
resistance to certain diseases, that this may be possible. I suppose it
would depend on how many generations of the plant have been grown in Sweden
and where it originally came from. I has been there for a long time, it
might be a benefit. That kind of evolution takes a long time though. I know
the AG was developed in Canada, but what about pumpkins in general in
Sweden? Have they been there for long?
