Three years ago, my good friend used his swimming pool cover at night for a
potential winner. I thought it was a brilliant idea until his spouse
threatened divorce. He covers them with big sheets of bubble wrap now. He
puts a blanket or sleeping bag on top. I guess the theory is air space in
the wrap.

Funny you ask Steve. I was just wondering the same thing as I am going to
MPI Outdoors tomorrow to do some electrical work, and they are the primary
manufacturer of these. Thought maybe I would pick a few up. Good question.

Has anyone tried "space blankets" to reflect heat back onto AGs at night?
Just an idle thought as I plan to cover my AG for 40-ish temps in VT Monday
night.
