Went to dinner at my Brother's tonight and the stem "oddity" has developed
into a major split. We had @10 inches of rain since Monday here. The temps
are 68 and 71 degrees as a high the last two days. My field pumpkins have
more fungi problems than I can ever recall. I am certain that the weather
has played a major role in our area.
Next year we are going to build a climate controlled, enclosed, insect
proof, self irrigating, pumpkin growing compound.
