stem oozing / spraying

I noticed some oozing on the stem of my 250 pounder.  It was a pale yellow 
color.  I put Daconil on it but don't know what else to do.  The temps have been 
in the 90's with high humidity.  I have a tarp structure over it and put a sheet 
on during the day.  It gets very humid and damp at night.  Any suggestions?

I was wondering if I can combine Triazicide and Ortho Disease together and 
spray?  There are still some cuke beetles flying around, although not nearly as 
many as before, and I think there might be some powdery mildew starting on one 
plant.
