Debbie,
We have been diluting Eagle 20 at 3 mil per gallon of water for 6 years.
1 teaspoon = 5 Mil. (4.93)
If using teaspoon, I would use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water.

Does any one have a dilution rate for Eagle 20? I was not able to determine
anything from the label.
I have read dilutions ranging from 1.2 ml to 2 TBS.
