My long white pumpkin is turning burlap brown. The color of graham crackers, maybe the after 2/3 or 3/4. In my 12 years of growing, I have never seen this happen. She seems perfectly sound, and she is growing to expectations (I keep mine low).
Any suggestions? Kathie in Santa Rosa, CA On Aug 10, 2011, at 11:27 AM, Steve Haberman wrote:
I have used Daconil and Captan. Last year I had good luck with Daconil and Borax Detergent. I then wrapped duct tape around the stem on each side ofthe split. I left the actual split open in order to dry.
