Breeding better shaped giant pumpkins

Pumpkiners:

Most on this list are interested in growing bigger, heavier pumpkins.
However, some of these championship size fruit are better looking than
others. The shape of most Atlantic Giant pumpkins are squashed to some
degree because of their great weight. Some have such odd shapes they could
easily be mistaken for giant pablano peppers. (OK, maybe only in black in
white photos.) However, some of these great giants are a lot better
looking than the competition, better shaped, better color - like they have
more pump in their pumpkin genes.

I know giant pumpkin competitions are not beauty contests, however, I'd be
very interested to to know if any on this list are intetrested in breeding
better shaped giant pumpkins?

I note in the Ottatawa - St. Lawrence newsletter (thanks Gus for the
sample) that the Pacific Northwest Giant Pumpkin Growers offer a contest
prize for the Best Shape (prettiest,) and the Ohio Valley group offers a
$30 Colour/Uniformity Award.

Anyone growing a contestant for a pumpkin beauty contest? Are you saving
seed from these beauties? Like children of the jet-set crowd, are they
even more beautiful than their folks?
