It just came to me, like a bolt from the blue! A Volkswagen Beetle body!
Grow one of those Greer thousand-pounders inside and at harvest time, cut
it off with an arc-welder! Then a small internal-combustion motor in the
hollowed-out seed chamber, a couple of pairs of perfectly round Hubbard
squash on zucchini axles and voila! Hilda, the pumpkin VW! Now THAT'S
farfeggnuggen (or whatever...)
