Pf,
Cantalouping is when the skins complexion is just like that of a
canteloupes outer shell, real netted and rough. Alot of AG's decide to
stay nice and smooth, and are actually shined up before the weigh off
with pledge, or something to make them "shiny and beautiful". A
cantalouped fruit will be very rough, and look like the outer shell is
breaking up. If you go to my webpage, look at the August 5th write up,
and click on the section that says cracking, up close. It is the
beginning og cantelouping. I will have a few photos soon of the
cantalopuping on the squash 's skin.
I hope this helps..
Give me 5 months, good seed, and a case of beer, and I'll show you one
hell of a curcubit( I used to say pumpkin, but now I have to cover
squash!!)
