You can call your local Zoo - ... ( no not ZOODOO) see if they can use it for food for the animals. I did this a couple of years back with some pumpkins and big zucchini. The Zoo people were happy to take it. They even let us feed the elephants a couple of them. maybe you could make a trade food for Doo. ???
