Something Weird is happening to my pumpkin leaves

Good afternoon everyone!

I have been away from home for two days and while I was gone, something has
happened to some of the leaves on one of my pumpkin vines. There are
several marks on each leaf that look like little squiggles. The only way I
can describe it is that it looks like somebody dropped angel-hair pasta on
the leaves, picked up the pasta and left the marks from the starch (an odd
description, I know, but that's what it reminded me of). The leaves also
seem discolored. Not brown or yellow, but just not as bright green as they
were. There are no chewing marks or insects that I can see. Does anyone
know what this is?
