Also, a good source that no one has mentioned is a local crack house. They
usually have a lot of extras thrown around. Also, there are a lot of "free
needle" programs at hospitals in the seedier neighborhoods. No one is going to
buy the story "I need it to grow giant pumpkins" anyway, so dress the part.
