Wonder how much tangle foot weighs , compared to pumpkin ? . would they let
you compete with it in a pumpkin ? Or would you just use it to try and
get seeds to mature?

It would have to be removed before the weigh off. If the hole had not scared
over it would be disqualified. In my case I will just get mature seeds for
future breeding. it will make for interesting conversation at the cookout.
Maybe I'll bring some Tanglefoot with me.
