Dan,
Dig Corp. makes a Filter/Fertilizer applicator. It's made for tablets or
granular fertilizer but I don't see why you couldn't put liquid concentrate in
it, although Determining the ratio may be a little difficult. It's made with a
3/4" female pipe thread on each end.
They are sold it Home Depot Stores. The part number is Dig #12. They have a
