HE: Isn't your state incorrect? How would resistance to Bt increase
resistance to other insecticides? Please state a scientific reference
for your statement that resistance to Bt makes any plant more resistant
to any other insecticide.

HE: You say natural selection can produce crop plants which are more
resistant to Roundup. That is true and I have been intending to do such
work with Strawberry when I find time. However, I do not understand your
rationale (if you have one) for why this method for producing resistance
to Roundup is superior to using the patented "Roundup-Ready gene". My
reasons are two: 1) avoid conflict with the "Round-up Ready" patent. 2)
I am not equipped or nor have I paid the fees to use Dupont's gene gun.
