overfertilizing symptoms?

I think most of us know the symptoms for either N, P or K deficiencies, but what would the symptoms be for each N, P and K overdoses?
If we could readily understand and spot these telltale overdose symptoms it would help us walk the fine line between pushing a pumpkin hard and overdoing it.
Anyone know of any good internet sites that might show pictures of this?
