The main pumpkins on my Sproule 968 and Cramer 652 plants continue to do
well. The Sproule is averaging a gain of 1.5 inches per day (over past
week) circumference and currently measures in at 104 inches circ.
The Cramer is really growing great guns. Only 26 days old its at 77.5
inches and averaging 2.9 inches per day over the past week. Shellie
Cramer is really excited about this one. I expect her to fly up here
any day to watch over my shoulder. ;-)
For those like me who suffer from cold nights (overnight lows below 10
degrees C or 50 degrees F) there are a couple of photos of my heated
pumpkin shelter in the latest update.
