I am already a little sick of these pumpkin politics. One guy said to go
to his contest you have to buy the expensive carrying tarps (wonder how much
he made on that) and now ppl are worried about where they can weigh. Who
cares if your weight doesn't "count" for some ppl. This is a sport for fun
and for ourselves. It is kind of sickening how everyone is worried that
they have to go to a special event to make sure their pumpkin can count. I
understand the top growers going to these sanctioned events because they are
trying to win money, but for us novices, we shouldn't have to worry at all.
