Re: Advice working very well

Hi Guy's
That's just the tip of the iceberg thanks to Mr. Ozone. Yesterday sprays
used in apples and other crops was put on the chopping block. This is
not at all about safety, but control and mass hysteria of problems within
our food chain. We have the best programs and safe guards in place to
insure the safest food supply in the world. They, the EPA has tremendous
power and authority, but not much science or common sense. Many
companies are forced to take off the product instead of fighting with all
the rebuttal and proof in trials. EPA has severely overstepped its
bounds in interpretating rules under the clean water act, air and non
point source pollution. This is not just an agricultural issue, but
rather deepens to household use chemical regarding roaches in urban
areas, golf courses and the list goes on. This topic is hot on the Hill
when I was there last week in the glorious eastern weather (just
kidding). Write, call, e-mail your legislators asking for support and co
authorship to the food quality protection act implementation bill
introduced by Pombo (R) Ca and ?? in the Senate from Nebraska. The
legislation is H.R. 1592. Don't know where it is now. Farm Bureau has
been working very hard on this issue.
