I have 3 plants with vines about 4 to 5 feet from the main stalk..So far one
plant has a female flower on it, but there are lots of flower buds that are
developing..This one female flower opened, but it had a lot of bugs chewing
on it..They look like like big lady bugs..They are yellow blackish with
wings..What should I do about the bugs?? and what do I do next..I have the
vines growing out onto my lawn..Should I dig up spots and bury the vines and
when and how should I pollinate the females that will hopefully bloom..The
kids are hoping for some good pumpkins (and so am I)..All advice will be
appreciated..
Thanks,
Kirk
