TANSY and RADISHES to repel Cuke Beetles?

Has anyone tried planting Tansy to repel cucumber beetles? Does it work? I
heard that using it as a mulch under the plants would also keep them away.
It supposedly also repels flies and ants.
I also heard similar things about Nasturiums and Radishes. I am not sure if
they act as a trap crop, ATTRACTING the pests, or as repellents though! Has
anyone heard anything more about this?
