As Far As seeds go.. I do not think anyone will Guarantee germination. But I
think 50% is acceptable, 75% is Good. And 100% is rare.
So many factors, and I do not think Nature intended all seeds to grow..
Imagine a "Natural" patch where every seed from previous years germinated.
I think we are dealing with nature and it is "natural" for seeds not to
germinate.
