Boonville Ca. update
Heres a little update.......August is a tough month......you either make
your goal ott or you don't............its the time of reckoning...for those
that dreamed of big ones realize as their pumpkins slows it aint going to
happen unless there is a miracle....... and miracles are needed elsewhere
for more important tasks...........and for the lucky ones their watching it
unfold as an orb grows relentlessly...........and of course their stories
of growth will suck us all back again to just taste..........the
excitement...to......to experience the 10 ott a day clip.......to
dream.....of that continuing...for 10-15 days
...screech.................back to reality......the Brock update
Most mine have grown slowly and off course i have winged it this year
still have lots of weeds and suckers.....but the nose is to the ground and
whittling away at the chaos......................
946geerts very high fruit extremely short,,,,,,, king of the patch....280 today
780 Eaton extremely agressive plant have lost control and have suckers
popping everywhere............coming in at 257 ott
854 holland.........odd shape ...rolled and made a "Z" out of its main
feed.....................265...ott.......i cranked it back up and unfolded
the main..........splits every where on the main.........
1056.........fruit a slow grower...........seems to be bright
orange...given up on it !
744 brock........high wheel...kinda a mutated wheel very heavy......87c
615brock ..High....fast moving has the 977 as a father 250 ott 4-5 inches a
day still...
605...853 eaton by the 685 brock.......nice shape and racing the 615 at 249ott
936........very slow grower ...cut and pulled plant...........still it was
20% heavy........for a small guy!!
So depending on the climate just an average joe weight.......all thump
heavy so i am happy as there will be some thrills down the
road....................................a quick observation the male
influenced the color on 80 %................. BEST OF LUCK this next month
makes or breaks.......um........don't it remind you a playing eight ball
you get ahead.............call the pocket for the 8 ball and
miss.............seems like a bunch of funny games we play!!!
