Finally, a pumpkin

I have a few small pumpkin's, biggest is 3" diameter, growing off vines about 
12' long..Do you think I have enough growing time left to develop a decent 
size pumpkin? What do I feed these baby pumpkin's to enable to grow fast and 
big? How much do I water?
