On the run in NZ
The Armstrong and Emons are now sending out runners well ahead of schedule.
I put a cow whacker on the terminal leaf of the Armstrong runner at 9 this
morning. By 4 this afternoon it had gained two inches of growth!!!!
Looks like all that work in the winter time will pay off. This also means
that the rest of the vege patch is under threat as I was assuming that the
runners would not develop until Xmas and the broad beans are now under
threat - Cea La Vie!
