Ironite application rates
Did somebody mention Ironite? At the risk of sounding like the Ironite
poster child I will again repeat our application rates. The bag
recommends 2 lb. per 100 sq. ft. That is 20 lb. per 1000 sq. feet which
is about the size of 1 plant and is the amount that we use here. If your
soil is already very high in iron, you should use a little less. I have
been told that if your soil has at lest 1 ppm of copper in it, iron
toxicity will not result with even very high iron levels.
