You'll need to scrape the pollen off from the stamen before you freeze it.  If not, you run into the problems with humidity, and when it thaws, it would be a mess.  It's a mildly teidous process, but if we can get it to work, it's woth it.

Sounds like a good idea I think I'll try both next year, I'm wondering how people are freezing the pollen?  Do you freeze the whole male flower or do you collect it on something and then freeze it?
