Pumpkin Wine

Since I got your attention with my silly winemaking tale, now maybe some
of you will answer my serious question about patch elevations. I'm
guessing that there's an optimum range just as there is in latitudes,
but what is it? Can I assume that Long Island Glenn and Kevin Smith grow
at close to sea level, that Pinenut is maybe higher than most growers?
What's the elevation in Salisbury, MA? In Issaquah, WA? In St.
Catherines, Ontario?
