I have sent seeds to Canada and Switzerland from the USA. I always tell
the postal office to put a sticker on the package saying "garden seeds".
This sometimes helps this stuff get through customs. However customs has
the right to inspect anything and everything.........they love to tear
things open and make a mess......this gives them a power rush!!
