I'm wondering about heating cables, and whether they are
worth the investment.

How many years can you expect one to last? Of course, this
is highly dependent on one brand or another, how well they
are made.

I'm assuming, of course, that you bury it in the spring
and can't retrive it until fall when the plant is truly
through for the year.

Please give me your impressions.
