Last year I had the best start I ever had. I ordered the cables from Gernney seed and I am going to order 2 more this year.
with the cables and the cold frames I never lost a plant and that's when we had frost in June.
Myself I think they work as advertised and really I am goin to use them again this spring .

I was trying to find some information on heating cables to warm the soil and if there is any worthwhile benefits to an early jump start to the spring season.   Is it worth it?  If anyone has had success fill me in.  What kind of cable did you use, length,  depth used etc. etc. etc.
