OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION & SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL
For all those wishing to stay at the resort for the evening a special cost of only $79 per room per night (single or double) has been arranged with the Ameri-Cana. The rooms have been blocked under the name of Pumpkinfest, so be sure to mention it when you call. Reservations must be made before Mar. 5 to guarantee this price. Make your reservation by calling 1-800-263-3508. To check out the resort/conference centre you can take a virtual tour at www.AmeriCanaNiagara.com it’s really quite a place. Due to logistics and cost we have not planned a formal dinner for the Sat. night but instead have rented a Hospitality Room for the afternoon and evening so we’ll all be able to networkt. There is a Jack Tanners Restaurant at the resort and we have set a tentative time of 7:00 p.m. for any and all to eat together there. If you plan on having dinner then please let us know when you register so we can inform the restaurant of approximate numbers. This way we get to visit, but can order what we like.
After dinner some of us will be visiting Casino Niagara; some will close the hospitality room and some will be smart & get a goodnights rest. Come prepared to have fun!
