Re: corpse plant seeds

I have a bulb called a voodoo lily, the scientific name begins with amorphophallus or whatever that other post said :-) . Tell me what a corpse plant is and we can compare what it is to the voodoo lily. The voodoo lily is a bulb that you leave in the closet all winter and about February/March it sends up a shoot which then sends up a flower, it's nearly black in color and smells like rotting meat (it really does). This flower then dies back and in the spring you plant the bulb outside where it sends up the neatest "tree-like" plant, really a nice plant. You dig that up after the frost kills it in the fall and start the process all over. Is this a similar plant to the the corpse plant?
