Recently I received a bubble pack with seeds from Don Crews of Lloydminster,
Alberta Canada. Attached to the envelope was a sticker with the declaration
"Pumpkin Seeds"
I guess they are getting through OK. I haven't heard anything about this
December 12 deadline however.
I went to the post office today and was required to fill out a similar
sticker in order to mail some of my seeds to Don.
