After finding out that our group was great at generating names for various
vegetables a friend of mine asked that I post this for the list. It seems he
has
developed a giant cucumber and wondered if some of you might suggest a name
appropriate for his new variety. His wife had suggested that he use her pet
name for him but that idea was immediately rejected. Do any of you have
suggestions for naming this huge new cucumber variety? He hasn't offered a
prize for
the best name but who knows. Maybe a Calai 846??
