You got to kind of watch yourself when using the Fiskars Micro-Snips. They are kind of pointy and very sharp. And so a person would not want to accidentally stab himself or herself! Like no hara-kiri out in the pumpkin patch!

This year I purchased a number of interesting gifts for some of my friends and local growers. One of the items was some Garden Marking Pens. The Garden Marking Pens are waterproof and especially designed to avoid bleaching out on labels. Another item was some Fiskars Micro-Snips. The Micro-Snips have sharp, narrow blades and are great for pruning off young tertiary vines. And the final item was some one-inch dial soil thermometers. The thermometers have a five-inch stainless steel stem.
Anyway, thats what of bought for some of my giant pumpkin growing friends this Christmas. What did you folks buy for yours?
